www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x...2ec97bf7f1 are these any good for phase 1 frosted? or should i just stick to regular bulbs

From what I've heard the light output is crap from those for using as headlights. Just get some Osram or if you want better light, upgrade to crystals. Also check the sellers contact details. It doesn't look like a Portsmouth address to me. A seller to avoid in my book.
