I'd take the battery off the car and keep it in the house. Cold kills them. If it's never started and driven it will never warm up.
I'd start it up at least once a month but it's likely to build up condensation in the engine after a short time. Don't just let it idle, give it 3k rpm ish. Ideally you'd get the front wheels off the ground and get the gearbox internals spinning too.

Thanks for that
Currently I'm starting fortnightly idling for a couple of mins then fast idle for a few more. I have been keeping the battery in the car so that can get put in the house as its not a year old yet
How can you prevent condensation as I'm sure that aain't good for the engine

I run mine then leave the oil filler cap off for a bit to let the vapours out. An upside down funnel over the filler stops dust getting in.

cant you take it for a drive?
thats what i used to do,ok wasnt a track car.
start it up once a month, then take it for a half hour drive.
get the brakes and oil up to a good tempature and then put it back in the garage.
just about after a month i could still about to get started without a jump.

It has no tax mot or insurance or seats atm so driving is not really an option other than up the street
I'll definitely be starting monthly instead of weekly / fortnightly
Might give me chance to fully remove the ac and re fit the rad etc
