2.0 HDI 52 reg, 105K

Noticed a slightly erratic idle on the car yesterday. It was warm, we were stuck in bumper-bumper traffic and every time we crept on a little it would be slightly "lumpy" when we stopped, but then come and go. Car is starting and running fine, so thinking I'd try the cheapest/easiest amateur fix and bung some additive through it. MOT coming up in 6 weeks time so want to give it a blast anyway.

Reading around online and they vary from less than £5 a bottle for good old Wynns, up to £20 and beyond. Do you really get what you pay for? Anyone recommend something worth trying please?
