my daughters friend has pulled rather than pushed the lever to move the seat back so she could get out of the back of the car . The seat back is now jammed in the forward position and I can not return it to the upright position - HELP please as i now have al long journey ahead of me

It might been broken,and in this case,nothing much can be done,but to be replaced
