When i first listened i couldnt pick it up(maybe others are same hence no response?)but after listenin 3/4times there is a whiney sound and to me if you give all the pulleys etc a good lube up with wd40 and the soynd is still thete it actualy sounds like a bearing to me...now that coyld be a number of things...
So if people watch this over a few times they may be better placed to comment but u could inquire about bearing/pulley/water pump whine as a possible cause?..

It's the cambelt I think. Well mine sounds similar to that! And I had a new timing belt kit put on and it whined like that.. And still does when it's hot but garage reckons its normal.. So who to beleive. Get it checked.
