Hi

Im going to spray the bumper support bar on the rear however i am not sure how it comes away from the bumper, i can see 3 black screws when i lift the boot up is that the only ones holding it in place?

Cheers

It clips in from the inside of the bumper. Easier to take the bumper off rather than risk damage

That is not true, this job is very easy.take the 3 black bolts off when you open the boot, and pull the plastic cover out from one of the sides and it will come off.

Did you release the bolts holding the bumper to the rear wings? Probably at least one either side ... there might also be locating pins sticking up from the bumper ... there are on the front one.

But why are you spraying something you can't see ... you do mean the plastic support/impact bar behind the bumper and not the black strip that is fitted into the bumper? Latter clips in but you probably still need to get the bumper off to release the tabs holding it on ...

They do look better colour coded - but if your paint has faded it'll be hard to get a match

Have done the front but not the rear .. mines solid Indigo Blue and it looks pretty good.

Going in an asking for the code doesn't work ... there are FIVE shades of my blue ... all legit, Peugeot colours ...
