im having a problem and its driving me mad i dont understand! my car starts fine in the morning and drives for a little while after about 10 minutes of driving and gets up to heat it decides to want to cut out on me, it will start to idle rough and hunt, then it will drop in 3 stages, 750 then almost cut out then back up to 500 then drop and almost cut out then 250 then cut out and it will fight it and eventually cut out, map sensor came up on ecu diagnostic had this sorted and also clutch switch signal and that was sorted, i have had new spark plugs, its not picking up anything else on the ecu its faultless far as i know, what could this be?, temp sensor is fine, not overheating, fans not coming on so thermostat is fine, i cant see it being coiplack or crank sensor otherwise it would be picked up on the ecu? or can this still be a problem and the ecu not detect it? when it gets hot and i try driving it and keeping revs high it wll just splutter and miss the works and eventually cut out,but then few hours later it will drive fine for about 10-15 mins! can anyone help me?! gonna have kittens soon if i cant find out the problem? its a 206 xsi 1.6 16v 2002.

Is this not your 3rd topic in 1 day about the same problem? If it's worrying you that much and is that urgent, take it to a garage or try using some of the guides on the forum.

wasnt showing like it was being sent on my computer, so thats probably why, it has gone to a couple of garages and they cant see what the problem is they have tried everything? just wondering if anyone had experienced the same thing?
