Not sure if the 206 is designed with the parking light option where if you leave your indicator stalk down, it leaves the N/S sidelights on (or up for O/S). Older cars used to have it as a safety feature for parking on unlit roads at night rather than the very old method of leaving a parking light clipped to your window. Might be a sign of a faulty comm unit.
