Hi all new to this site and need some help please
The problem is I need to replace my gearbox as it dead so I got a used 1 from scrap yard the gave me a 1.4 quick silver that didn't fit I took it back they gave me a 1.6 16v Picasso didn't fit again took it back now there saying a 307 box will fit any 1 got an idear if or what box will fit thanks in advance

Well if you provide me your VIN number,I will know what gearbox your car runs,and it will be easier to find a replacement.

Hi I can get it in the morning a do have the box number that 20cn29
0612208 if thats any help thanks

well the Gearbox got a code as Engines do,the number is not much can be helpful,so will check for your VIN in tomorrow,and welcome to 206info by the way

Input shaft bearing and some other thing can't think what it was but mechanic said a need new box

Either:
Get the original gearbox repaired OR get a service / exchange gearbox.
