You must be mad, there total crap!
The only thing the Peugeot F1 engine was good at was exploding & when they finally did sort the problem out the engine was gutless compared to the other manufacturers.
McLaren soon dropped Peugeot after the disastrous 94 season
IIRC compared to other V10 F1 engines around at the time Peugeot used an different firing order / crank design.

Says make an offer, seeing as how its a 1998 Peugeot, regardless of any specifics its worth no more than about £600 in that case
