Hi,
as I'm using my GTI 180 for Autocross I'm interested in the Peugeot Sport pivots and wishbones. However, I hope someone is able to answer a few questions.
This is what the pivot of the RCC and Group A looks like. Do I need to buy the driveshaft nut lock and the small parts aswell, or do the original pats fit?
And then, do I need coilovers to mount them, so the tyre does not scrub on the spring? These give 2° camber, so it should be a concern. Currently I am running H&R 35mm springs and ET25 7J rims.
There are two different wishbones available, Group N is a bit cheaper, Group A and RCC are a bit more expensive. What are the differences?
Group N
Group A and RCC
I would REALLY appreciate any help, as I'm really wanting to fit these.
BEST regards,
exis

The Group A use two metal bushes. The Group N will be standard arms with the usual one rubber and one metal bush.
You dont need the little bits from the front hub. You can buy they elsewhere (bearing etc) or use some of your existing parts.

Thank you.
Did you install them on your car?
I suppose the holes for the abs sensor could be drilled ?
@Edward:
Are the Group A wishbones worth the upgrade or do powerflex/superpro bushes the job as good? And which of the three bushes are metal?

Do you want/need ABS on a autocross car?
The two main bushes are the metal ones .. the outer one is the balljoint ...

Hard to answer...they do make a tiny difference in feel through the car...but not really worth the extra money. Standard rubber bushes are hardly made from jelly.

I need ABS as the car is still street legal. I'm just looking for a way to get some negative camber.

I have thought about that. Anyway, that would be the least favourite way to do it.

I know I'm bumping an old thread but last year when speaking to pug sport via email . The guy had explained the difference to me regarding the grp A and grp N wishbones. The group A ones require machining but not 100% sure what he meant but have an idea, now I don't know french so those of you who can have a look at this and translate it please(google translate is not to great at doing technical translations).
Quotes from the emails: (1st i translated with google; 2nd one left as is so no information is lost or skewed)
Hello,
The most efficient triangles are the references below, are mounted on 206 XS, CC and RCC following are specific attachments.
Right triangle

Left triangle
www.peugeotsport-store...erway=desc
The full documentation is available on www.peugeotsport-store...ubrique=22
Kind regards.
the other email:
Le triangle 206 XS Volant se monte sur une 206 RC après usinage de la rotule à 48,8 mm ou en écartant la chape de berceau suivant les documents ci-joints. Attention, ce triangle est pour la compétition uniquement.
There were a few PDF documets he attached but those were in French also, and honestly I'm a bit lazy atm so I'll post links to them abit later.
BTW I did ask for their recommendation for best wishbones for autocross also.

I did go with teh GRP N wishbones in the end as they seemed as the best/safest bet at the time and cheaper. In Trinidad for a single original wishbone from the dealer would have cost me the equivalent to the pair I paid for at Peugeot Sport with shipping!
Contemplating the GRP A ones as I too am after a little more negative camber just not certain if they will alter the geometry.
