I have a Peugeot 206 1.4 GLX 2002 and have been experiencing poor reception with the radio which I know seems to be a common problem. The HU has been changed and I have also tried to get a replacement connector (round metal circuit board) that goes to the aerial itself in the roof lining but that part is now obsolete. So I have bought a Phase 2 aerial and full cable to hopefully sort out the problem. Has anyone changed from a front to rear mounted aerial and is it easy to do especially with running the cable through the headlining etc and also is the reception better at the rear?
Thanks
Ray

Hi
I have the same model and did as you suggest. The reception is far better. Filled existing hole with an imitation aerial. It's best to remove the the roof lining from the tailgate end

Remember to peel back the roof lining before you drill the hole from the outside. Thread cable down A pillar then behind dash and voila!
