my wishbone rubbers have finally gave way the car had been standing for 10 months before I bought it and after 6 months there's a noticeable clunking sound on full lock and steering seems to have more understeer. This along with the fact the rubbers look like s**t. Also I haven;t serrviced it since having it so I thought i'd have a go.

soooooo, I've bought
2 new wishbones
2 anti-roll bar linkages
2 Track rod ends

Some 266mm vented grooved & drilled discs for £13 not sure they'll fit my 1.1 206 but if not I can buy some more and fit the grooved one to my 306 hdi when I get round to buying one

5 litres of 5w40 fully synth oil
New sump plug washer
Mann oil filter
Eicher front brake pads
2 litres of coolant as mine is a bit overdue

I mean it may not be necessary for new track rods but for £16 why not and if you've ever removed these off an old car before you'll know where im coming from (they just F***in spin)

and thats all for now should this cover the main things?

if you bought the cheap euro wishbones be prepared to take them off again very soon as they dont hold up to much. and vented discs for £13? id worry about standard solid disc for that price tbh. good luck to ya

Discs won't fit a 1.1 They'll be about 19mm too big

I picked up a set of Pagid discs a couple of weeks ago from ECP for £17 a side, list price was £90.
Although they do some good deals, some of the makes they are selling I wouldn't put on my worst enemies car. ECPs cheap brake range (Eicher) are not worth the money, you'd be better off shaping brake pads from a block of cheese and taking your chances with them rather than cheap Indian imports.

Spark plugs?
Air filter?
Pollen filter?
Depending on age, new brake fluid?
If you're changing the coolant, is the timing belt due soon? No point draining the coolant twice.
