Added oil additive to fuel by mistake while this cause me and problems?

wont kill the car, but wont have done it any good either!
I would suggest you keep a full tank as much as possible in order to dilute it!

Run a full tank of petrol through, then run a tank of Shell v power through to clean out the injectors and the cat, just to be on the safe side.
You might have a bit of blue smoke while the first tank is going through, but will be hardly noticeable as it's probably a 50:1 mix when the tank is full..

are thank god, had both redex and wynns oil add in boot and while filling up talking to the gf and got distracted, least it wont kil my car. runs like poo atm anyway. ta mate
