Hi

I had the engine warning light on, put a tester on and cleared the error code

The error was:

"Cat might be defect"

I have a 10 month old 200cell Cat so i dont think it's dead

A week later the warning light was on again this time i cleared the error and did this live run

Downstream Oxygen Sensor Voltage - stays at 0mv

Is it dead or could it just be a bad wire/connection?
