Is it starting/running ok? Could be the timing belt has slipped. You will have to check the timing first to rule it out if you have starting/running problems.

It starts fine, I'm getting antipollution fault and when driving after a couple mins it feels like it's misfiring and slows down loads and shakes like hell. If I'm going up hill that is when it mainly kicks in and starts shaking.

Cheers

Just used my dhand held diagnostic kit on it again and looks at other into. It says 'oxygen sensor min' - inc. which means I'm guessing something wrong with the 02 sensor? If so, can I just unplug it to check and see if that's the problem?
