Hi, I have just bought some Morettes from ebay and they came with the adapters for my multiplexed 206. I plugged everything in and the drivers side works perfectly, however the passenger side dipped beam only comes on when i have the high beams on as well. I have checked the wiring and it does conform with all of the guides on this site. any help would be appreciated.

Did you plug the wire to your fusebox +ve feed?

Yes, it has a 15A fuse inline and I have checked that as well.

Unless it's [incorrectly] wired so that it is actually in parallel with the high beam (and thus they only can come on together) it sounds like the dipped beam feed from the normal harness isn't hooked up or the fuse for pass. side dipped beam is broken.
The conversion uses the stock feed to power the dipped beam while the high beam is off. When the high beam comes on, the stock dipped beam power line goes off (since a H4 bulb don't like both filaments on at the same time), and the conversion instead provides for an alternate power route for the dipped beam (the new/extra line from the battery/fusebox). The relay switches between these two routes.
Get a meter/tester on the dipped beam wire in the stock harness and see if you have power there when expected.
If not look at fuse etc, just as if your pass. side filament in the stock H4 bulb wasn't working.
If you've got power there, then it's likely a broken connection somewhere in the route with inactive relay. Should be stock harness dipped beam wire -> pin 87a on relay, then through the relays internals, pin 30 on the relay -> bulb. 30-> bulb must be OK as it lights up when the relay comes on (with the high beam) and connects pin 30 to 87 (which should be the new/extra fuse box line) instead of pin 87a.
Follow the route and check/test every connection along it.

Ive only seen this problem a few times. Normally down to the Fuse, earthing point on that particular morette or wiring config itself! Get some pics up!

I have replaced all the wiring with fresh stuff and it is now all working there must have been a brake in one of them, thanks for the help. I also replaced the fuse which was blown although it was fine after i first tried to fit them last night. Strange but all sorted now.
