Make sure you use the correct size flare spanner on the brake pipe union nuts else you will run a high risk of damaging / rounding them of.

Well, when I put the car in for the retest, the tester just said, that will do and passed it so I'm assuming its now working , I have noticed the back end is not so lively now either.
