I've got a 2007 LX. Crystal side repeaters don't seem to want to come off.

I've bought some black repeaters from Harry on the forum and I wanted to see the difficulty of removing them.

Apparently it's pretty difficult. Or I'm just an idiot Wink

How do I get them off, I've tried pushing to the left, to the right, twisting both ways, twisting and pushing but it wont move.

HELP?!

Cheers guys,

Jord

Remove the wheel arch liner get your hand behind it and squeeze the two clips together and it will come straight out.

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile

There's a clip with a ledge that catches the backside of the metal. Normally oriented to the rear (ie towards the door, not the nose).

I normally open the door halfway and get some light from a flashlight in there, then poke the clip forwards with a slim stick inserted between the door and A pillar, just enough to let the ledge of the edge of the metal and slip into the opening, then simply pull the housing straight out.

Another method I've heard used is to insert something like a credit card (taped for no scratching) under the rear edge of the housing and push towards the front to get the clip off the back of the metal and into the opening.
