Was planning on changing the horrible orange dials and clock to red, with the needles turning to white. Where can I get the correct LED's to swap over, and if I just paint the needles white and change the LED below it to white, will that suffice for MOT testing?

There's a HOWTO on the subject: link
it lists an eBay source for the LED's: link. If you want to shop elsewhere, they're apparently the 1206 size.

No idea how strict the UK MOT is on instrument colours.
