I got my window smashed last night by some toe-rags, but I didn't hear the alarm.

I tested it this morning and found that it is very quiet and sounds about as loud as a mobile phone.

I was wondering whether there is anything one can do to get the volume back up, or whether the alarm can be wired into the horn circuit.

I have tried disconnecting the battery while the key is in the 2nd click position as advised on another site, but this didn't increase the volume back up. Nor did resetting the alarm / immobiliser system.

Other than a new siren, is there anything that can be done?

Thanks in advance.

Replace the siren, there cheap enough & easy to find.
