Hi my 206 front wipers/washer stopped working, was told it was the motor replaced and still nothing fuse ok. No noise heard at all when switched on, could it be the relay if so where is this and how easy is it to replace? thanks

Two different style electric systems depending on year of car, so what year is it?
Are the wipers out as well, or only the washers?
I'd assume the rear washer is out as well, since it uses the same wires and motor as the front washers.
In the Maintenance HOW-TO forum you'll find two stickied posts with the wiring diagrams, one for each type of system.

Is this one of those silly ones where the wipers don't work if the bonnets up. The micro switch is always going wrong on our VW Caddys

So multiiplexed - see diagram 5 here.
This is from the diagram, haven't had occasion to work with this (yet...):
Rear washer OK but not front means power supply to, and motor itself is OK, but points to a control issue. Could be a stuck relay contact or failure in the control line of one of the relays.
I'd start by pulling the plug off the motor and see if the wires switch between +12 and ground or not.
Looks like both lines should be at +12 'at rest' and when asked for water to the front or rear, one of the relays switches its line to ground. If the relay that's supposed to switch for 'front' is stuck, or the coil failed, or failure in the circuitry supplying power to the coil, the motor will continue to see +12 on both wires.
Relays should be in the engine compartment fusebox. Don't know if they're easily changed socketed standard ones, or smaller ones soldered to a board...
Looks like the relays are controlled by logic in the fusebox, which acts on messages received over the VAN bus, so could be a fault in that logic circuitry or the sender side (COMMS module or stalk)
Pretty much the same for the wipers (relays in the fusebox, messages over VAN), plus a line from the BSI to the motor...
