Hey all!

So this is it, I bought a 206 for my GF, it was a great deal o thought and needed a Little repair, and now I'm so stock, and all this headache! please help me on the way!

So the story is, it's a Peugeot 206 1,4l Petrol Engine year 2006, The gut Selling it said it was missfire on cylinder four but was running on 3 cylinders, this was 8 months ago.

I towed it home, She was glad over her new car and washed and waxed it, i bought a new injection valve and putted the battery on charge. I swapped the Injection valve and put in the battery, did the reprssuring of the system by putting down the pedal and turn on the ignition and VOILA! it's not working:(

So whats happening when i try to turn it on?
When i turn the key it's cranking, i've got sparks, i've got fuel in the tank, but i cant hear the pump other when the key is in position 3 with the startmotor, as soon as i let go to mode 2 it's stopping. The car actually starts in mode 3 but dies when it goes back to "non startmotor mode".
Meassuring the Cables on the pump is 8v in offline mode and 10v while cranking.

what do you guys Think i should do???

Help me be a hero for my girl!

The hell you talking about?!

Let me try and summerise, you have to crank the engine ages before it starts and when it does it dies. The injection valve you mean 'an injector'

Have you checked for codes?

Are you sure the battery is okay?

Are you sure you replaced the correct injector?

Is everything connected?

I need more info

I think he means that the cars fires while cranking, then stops firing the moment the key is released to the run position.

I am not that clever with the electrics and the logic for fuel pump with these. It might be worth putting a temporary direct but switchable 12V to the pump and see if it will then continue to run once the key is released.

If it does then that suggest and confirms fuel pump power supply problem. Not sure what relays there are to the pump nor how this changes with the key switch. Perhaps someone has a better understanding or a circuit diagram.
