yup sure does...
lets just say, the police were called many a polite, and non polite word in the time that followed!
they siad that nothing could be proved as a) he never stopped, and b) there wasn't any witness'.
i even gave them a description of the car! it was when the new golf came out with the led tail lights, and it was black. and from the way the police spoke i had got my description right (not bad for 60 past a car sideyways!  )
