Right iv got a janspeed catback for my pug just fitted the back box only not the rest of it and it don't seem loud at all it sound standard lol is it only quite because I haven't fitted the rest

Most likely, if the catback system was all one set, then it would most likely only work properly all together

well you said yourself you only fitted the backbox... so I assume you still have your centre silencer? I have a janspeed on my decatted gti with a straight pipe to the janspeed, its still not loud, but when you boot it it gives you a lovely note.

I'm thinking of going straight through now with no silencer now tar lads

To loud . Put a race can on the back. It's more drivable
