Update: been out in the lovely sunny err 1/2 hour period today and it started to bucket down so went to raise roof, windows dropped then its beepy time once again :@.
Putting the roof up manually in bucketing down rain is no fun at all.
When i got back in the car the interior light was flashing until i closed the door so I think that confirms there is a wiring fault somewhere as the speed sensor is still unplugged.

The wires on this plug are
1342 Yellow
1352 White
1362 Red
Blue but there's no wire number that I can see
Cant find it in the haynes manual wiring diagrams either
