Hey guys,

Just looking into Lowering Bella, but I've been looking at the back of her compared to the back of other 206s and Bella seems lower already.

Just wondering if the suspension is already lowered as standard or is it just the sub in the boot?

Cheers,

Jord

How heavy is the sub?

Any significant (20+kg) weight in the back will produce a lowering effect. Having circa 350kg of gravel in the back of mine had me nearly running on the bump stops (thank god it was only a short journey!) so depending on the weight in the back, you may have a lower car!

The sport models do have slightly firmer suspension, as they don't wallow around in the corners as much, but I don't know about lower

I've got 23kg sub, but the ride height seems a lot lower than that of my friends 206 Fever

Whisper it but are there any noises coming from it? Might have collapsed bush(es)?

Nope, all rides like normal. Had services come back okay, MOTs passed without a problem so I'm just assuming it's the weight just pressing down on it.

If i fill the tank my car sits on the floor .
Just changing the back box changes the ride hight .. so a sub will defo make a big difference .

If it aint broke dont fix it !
