Hi All,
There's been an irritating metallic rattling sound coming from inside both front doors, however it is more audible from the passenger side. I've had the door card off in the hopes I could identify the source of the rattle and put a stop to it.
Alas everything I can touch doesn't seem to stem the rattling. If my ears are to be believed it's coming from a large black plastic honeycomb thing...
Anyone know how to get this off... or possibly if this rattle is usual where it's coming from?? I can't see how to get access to this black plastic piece to take it off as it's behind the actual metal of the door...?

Get some foam and wedge it in there tight.

Issue is i think it's something behind that plastic honeycomb... So not sure wedging it will solve the problem!
