Noticed this noise driving today with the windows down. Any idea what it could be? You can especially hear it when you take your foot off the throttle.

Open the bonnet and have a look at the aux belt, could be the tensioner on its way out. It's quite hard to tell from the video.

Went and had another rev. The noise seems to stop when I push in the clutch. As far as I know the car (55 plate, 1.4 S) hasn't had any belt work done, but has only done 25500 miles, belt looks alright though.

If it stops when the clutch is pressed it could be the clutch release bearing.
But despite your cars low mileage it's still 10 years old,
so it's time for a belt change no matter what it looks like.
