Just got my self a bargain and bought a set of wheel arches for my 5 door 206 I was wondering what would be the best way/cheap way to fit them?

Apparently they use clips to clip them onto the arches but they did not come with any and Peugeot dealer doesn't sell them anymore, so I had a look on eBay and one of the seller where charging £20 for them + postage which is quiet deer considering they are only clips.

Thanks in advance and any recommendation welcome. Very Happy

These are probably the ones you already looked at, 16 of them here on ebay for £20 plus postage:

Youll need 4 clips per arch. Another cheaper option would be to bond then on using Tiger Seal, the cheapest i found was this one:

Self tapping screws can be another option but its a bugger to drill the pilot holes if you havent got a right angle drill attachment. You could take the wheels off and drill pilot holes using self tappers. If you do drill holes, screw the screws in, then take them back out and paint the hole with a zinc based primer to stop any rust issues later on.

One other thing, you mentioned they didnt come with the clips, did they come with the rubbers that sit between the arch and the existing panel? If not you will also need to get some rubber channel to put on them so that bargain you got may not be all that great after all. Sorry!
