Im lowering my car 40mm on the front, so my first question, how much will it be lowered on the rear?

Ive been told 45mm on the rear but I usually have my mrs and baby in the back and a boot full.

Next, after lowering and changing wheels slightly (going from 175/65/14 to 185/60/14), will I need the tracking re done?

Much appreciated.

How are you lowering the rear? You can set it to whatever you want. With a family I wouldn't bother lowering at all.

Was gonna adjust the torsion bars but with the family in the back looks lowered so I was only thinking of getting 30mm lowering springs for the front and only dropping the back 10-15mm
