Hi everyone,

I'm about to remove the intake manifold and throttle body to clean and paint them.
I want to remove all bolts of the intake manifold and pull it out without removing/moving the radiator. So I'd like to know if this is possible this way and what is the cleanest method to remove the injectors?

Yes it can be removed without removing the radiator, just be careful you don't puncture it as you remove it, and watch the pipe that goes to the dump as well.
And in regards to the injectors disconnect the fuel line, and don't tip it the wrong way before you can get it over a container to drain it.

Thanks for your reply. What dump?

How much ml of fuel can I expect comming out of the line? I read removing the fuse of the fuel pump with a running engine will avoid any leaking.

Just leave it an hour before removing any fuel hose and the pressure will have reduced. Get a cloth to capture any spillage when the hose is removed from the fuel rail.

It might be easier to access some of the bolts from underneath the car.

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

Just one more question. The studs (no 3 in the picture) are easy to remove? Don't want to break them :S

Should be easy with the right torx socket. Mine come out easily.

Throttle body is removed and the intake manifold is loose, but I still can't remove it. Still attached to some wires/hoses. Got to look from underneath the car.

Was still attached to that oil hose... and it was really difficult to get the manifold out, especially with my aftermarket radiator.
But it's out - yay
