Valeo
Sachs
LUK
Any of those 3 brands are decent OE quality.

Car is around 138k no history of clutch being done. The biting point was bang on half way. but for the past week the pedal was getting stff then going back to normal, Someone told me it was just self adjusting so i ignored it but it started doing that more frequent then started to shudder when pulling away really bad shuddering when reversing. then the clutch got really light and the biting point was really low less than 5 miles after that the thrust bearing started squeaking the another 10 miles the clutch was completely gone.

I just fitted a luk clutch on my 180 ordered a metal release bearing off c.g motor sport .
The c. g bearing fitted better than the luk, didn't fall off easily when installing the box .
Luk release bearing "my mates lasted just about 5000 miles driven like the car was stolen"
The c.g bearing is more basic to look at but the material it's made from was a lot thicker so it will last longer on wear.
Clutch bites well feels very light on the clutch. I paid 85 for the kit well worth it. 22, 50 for the clutch release bearing off c. g. Motorsport .
