Hey, yet again another problem with the 206. So heres what happens. 1st 2nd and kind of 3rd gear seem fine. When in 4th or 5th around 1000 rpm to 2000 (1500 is the sweet spot) the car will really judder/shake like it's about to stall. Soon as I put my foot down all is fine. Especially when going up hill it's worse. Also in 2nd gear sometimes you'll be driving then it feels like something is holding you back till you have to floor it. Only other thing I have noticed a good 5-6 months ago the speedo and rev counter died while I was driving, but did come back. Any advice would be great thanks!!

Check out the cat ... when my core collapsed it blocked off the exhaust which meant I had no power. As it jolts about it moves allowing gas out again until it rolls back ...

Real delay in post lol. I smashed the cat out long before this problem so sure it's not that. Yesterday again I was driving and the speedo stopped. The speed sensor wouldn't affect the running of the engine would it? So I'm struggling trying to work out what's coursing it. It now judders in all gears until the engine is warm then it's just 3rd 4th and 5th gear...

Nope no lights on at all. It's now developed another problem witch sounds like the gear box is about to give up. I mean it sounds like loose parts inside. So it's now off the road in a garage... Bad time lol

Nah not wishing that, but if you'll desire different ratios, or know a mate with broken gearbox Smile

Hey only now I noticed the eyes on the windscreen of your pug avatar! Very Happy
