Hi all, looking for a bit of help to see if anyone knows which turbo I have in my 206 2.0 hdi quicksilver, it's a 53 plate with auto wipers and lights and all that. I've heard there's 2 types of turbos fitted to this engine? Thanks

PM me your VIN, I'll check on servicebox. My W- plate yield that several could've been equally fitted, looks like it doesn't make much difference, and they don't indicate which one rolled out of factory precisely even with VIN provided..
but maybe we'll have more luck with your newer car

Look through drivers wheel arch, ideally wheel off and you'll need a torch
If it has 'Garrett' stamped on the aluminium housing you have a GT15. Else it'll be the KKK K03

I tried that with mine simply out of curiosity, turbo is sufficiently dirty that I couldnt tell. Wondering whats on mine as I was considering using the GT17 off a VW CR170 as an upgrade in the future.
