My window regulator quarter light (the little triangle window) in my 206cc is broken. Hence, it's stopping my roof top from opening since it can't detect if the quarter light window is down.

How can i bypass this so that the roof can open/close?

You can't bypass it, if you try to fool the ecu to think the window is down permanantly it will prevent the front window from operating as it is deactivated while the rear window is lowered.
