Hi!
I've got a parasitic battery drain, but when i pull out the F4 fuse it stops. My fuse box looks like this:

. If i disconnect the radio, the display and the boot lights it still drains the battery. What else could be?

Is that the engine fuse box or passenger compartment fusebox?

Is the car pre-plexed or multi-plexed?

More details about the car needed. Year? Engine? Transmission? Modifications?

Have you messed about with anything electrical recently?

Passenger compartment fusebox, it's a multi-plexed car from 2002, 1.4 petrol engine, manual transmission, the previous owner has installed a sound system, but now is just the basic system.

You need to check if there is any cut wires that drain the battery by touching the car body something else, also maybe your head unit have something wrong inside which drain your battery

The head unit can't be the problem because if i pull out the fuse from it, the drain still exists. Something on the F4 fuses circuit causes the drain.

The F4 fuse control the following:
1-Multifunction Display
2-Navigation Control Unit
3-Boot Lighting
4-Audi Equipment.

So I suspect that you have a problem with the Boot Lighting,as you might have it on all the time,if it's switch is not working, take a look from the back seat while the boot is closed.

Do you have the ECO Mode working in your car or not?

The boot lightning is off, I even tried pulling out the bulb, but it's the same.
I measuring the amperage when the key is off, so ECO is not really working.

Is it possible that when the after market radio was replaced with the OEM one that the red and yellow wires weren't reversed again?

The ECO mode works after you keep the audio running for a while with the engine off,or keep the doors open,etc.. so if it's not working you can activate it using PP2000,but it worth taking the head unit out ,and check all the wiring harness in the back, since the ex-owner had sound system installed.

The problem is that it drains the battery when the car is idle (doors locked, everything is off). I disconnected the head unit, but it uses only 10 mAmps, which is nothing serious.
