Hi there, was wondering if someone has experienced anything similar or has an ideas of what is wrong from the following simptoms: my Peugeot 206 is a 1.1 petrol 2003, can't get it in to 1st gear without a considerate amount of force, second gear is not as bad but stil difficult ( seems like 2 stage clonking to get it in 2nd gear), 3rd, 4th, 5th are ok (ish) and reverse is always grinding! The clutch pedal seems to have the bitting point much lower then usual, but there is no loss of power when driven so it doesn't seem like the clutch is slipping?! Any advice please much appreciate it!

Hi Claudiu, never had that happen on a pug but on other motors of mine it was a new clutch assembly needed, on a honda it was the fork arm bent and just got so bad that it wouldn't go into any gear. clutch out I'm afraid.
