Hi all, small problem and hopefully someone can shed light on it. 52 plate 2.0HDi. Had new brakes, pads, discs recently fitted. When I pull off no issue, when I drive no issues, when I brake at speed no issues. When I brake at low speeds and come to a full stop I get a creaking noise from the front and a knocking sound. Brakes recently checked and no issues. Any ideas? I am thinking suspension but which part? Cheers

Check the lower engine mount, that holds the engine close to the axle.

Hi PhilC1974 (or anyone else who can help). Did you get the creaking and knocking noise sorted. If so, was it the lower engine mount which Timon2210 suggested, or was it something else? I have exactly the same problem and have been trying for ages to find the cause. I really would appreciate it if you would take the time to answer.
