I started removing the full front end tonight and got everything off minus the 2 10mm bolts holding the bumper onto the arch, but they have like a square nut on the bottom which isn't ment to turn but it does haha i know my description isn't very helpful but anyone got any advice ?

they are a right pain. The square part should be sitting in the bumper with a simple nut holding the bumper to the frame.
You need to go in via the arch in order to hold the square part while undoing the nut via the engine bay.. Its a right old pain,

I used stainless steel fixings for both my 206s when I refitted the front bumpers.
The original Peugeot fixings are made for quick & easy assembly at the factory.

I bought new nuts and bolts and covered them in copper grease. And then I never got the car wet.

The square part is seized solid onto the nut and won't budge i have spent another hour on it tonight and still no luck, so hopefully ill be able to cut it off tomorrow and i will replace every nut and bolt when refitting
