I live in cyprus so the car is running in hot temps, when normal use the car runs around 92 degrees and in traffic it reaches up to 97 when the 1st speed fan comes in and cools the engine back to around 92ish, if I run the ac the 2nd speed fan work with the ac and normally keeps the engine around 91 degrees, is these temps ok for the 1.1 engine,
If I have the ac on from cold engine start up then switch the ac off the 1st stage fan is running even when the engine temp is around 70 degrees, is this a relay issue??

About 90 seems normal, and I live in the North of Scotland.
I may be wrong but I think the fan runs continuously when AC is on...

2.0 here. Always runs in the late 80s when sitting still and fan kicks in just past 90.
Live near London. Not sure when whether my fan runs always when sitcom is on. Will have a check today or tomorrow for you.

My fan kicks in around that too yes. Never had the high speed kick in.
I am not too experienced with 206's yet, but I felt a bit troubled with the temperatures compared to my family car. That said, the fan always kicks in when I was feeling "iffy" and seems to do its job.
