Problem 206 2002 1.1
Tie rack end scrubing wheel on inside

Hi there looking to see which way up driver side and passenger side tie rack end ball joints go .
Do they go down into hole. Or up through it, and is it diffrent at Either. End .
Problem seems to fix if I put ball joint on top it clears the wheel but if it goes up through it rubs .
Any help appreciated

Track rod ends are handed and are offset to the front or rear - I guess to avoid fouling the wheel, unless the wheels are wider than they should be....trying to find some pictures of mine.

Thanks for replys
About it being wrong one ive been back and fourth to euro car parts now three times
And constantly been given the same ones
I even tried asking them to show me both.but they are nearly identical the ofssets the same
But the.rhs is silver and the lhs is.black
Also tried switching them still get the same problem.
And dont sell.any more than the two I have been giving .
So im left thinking possible dodgy batch or something
And the one I took off is diffrent but ive tried several parts shops
And cant seem to find one like the original that came off it.

Brakes. Will.be done beenn.off road for a year now

Thaanks again
