I've occured another problem. This thing right here leaks coolant. Tried to loosen and tighten it but it still leaks. How do I fix this? Is there any gasket inside?

I think there are two o-rings .. tried search on the forum?
Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Did a quick search but couldnt find anything useful.
I'd be very thankful if someone help me because I am very busy these days. And I dont like breathing coolant.

Dredging the memory for previous post on the subject, and IIRC the O-rings are somewhat special, attempts with normal O-rings of same/close dimensions tend to fail again, shortly.
Peugeot only sells them along with the pipe assembly. .

Alright so dealer wants 30 euros for these sets so I think I'll take a shot and try to do it cheaper.
Is there a chance that anyone here knows the dimentions of these o-rings? It would save my some time.

By the way, google pictures confuses me. Are those simple o-rings inside like this?:

The seals (unsurprisingly) aren't a standard shape. You really are better off just getting the pipe kit from the dealer, and you can renew the pipe at the same time.
It's a fairly straight forward process, even I managed it! Smile
