Hi,
I have a problem with my 1.4 HDI 206 SW.
The problem is, that when the engine idles, the A/C works perfectly, but when I raise the RPM to about 2000, the A/C clutch disengages. After, that the RPM drops down to idle, the A/C clutch engages again. When I'm driving in the city, the A/C stops at every gear change, but when I drive on the highway, with constant 2000 RPM, the A/C works perfectly, the clutch doesn't disengage.
The A/C clutch was rebuilt a year ago, and the A/C system was charged 2 weeks ago.
What could be wrong with my A/C system?
Thanks,
Bálint

Is it maybe a belt or belr tensioner issue?

if the clutch is kicking out, and you know the charge is correct then all i can think is either a pressure or temperature sensor somewhere is giving false readings.
When you say the system was rebuilt, what parts were changed and was the system vacuumed down for the required time after being open? Another possibility is that non-condensibles (read-: air/moisture) got into the system if it was not serviced correctly but I'd be looking at the pressure and temp. sensor reading first off.

The belt and the belt tensioner are fine.
The A/C system was vacuumed and charged properly with the required amount of gas.
When I slowly increase the RPM while idle, I could rev to 5000 RPM and the clutch doesn't disengage, but when I give more than 10% gas, the clutch disengages immediately.
I have pp2000, but it doesn't give any error code. what would be the normal reading for pressure and temperature sensor?
