Anyone had cause to evoke the Klarius 2 year guarantee?

Bought in March 2019 from Eurocarparts, the cat here on my 1.4i petrol has physically broken. Sounds like a brick come loose inside. The online and download style guarantee forms on the Klarius site don't seem to work and just time out!

The second email to Klarius got the response I hoped for:

"Apologies that you have not received a reply.

We offer a 2 year Warranty on all of our products so please feel free to return to the source that you purchased the item from and we will credit them accordingly and they will in turn credit

yourself.

Regards"

Got my money back on the Klarius cat from Euro Car Parts today.

Went in with the original invoice as their online returns people said to do. Because, for the cat, the invoice said "To Follow" the counter staff insisted it wasn't "the" invoice.

I explained that when the cat came a few days after the rest of the bits it just came with an advice note.

Bottom line, got my money back.
