A big change to the car, spot the difference Wink

Before:

After:

DJ-XS wired them up for me at FCS and I fitted them there Smile

Also decided to buy some track time when I was there, was great fun Very Happy

Decided that I will be upgrading my brakes, probably to GTi180 ones since I cooked mine pretty bad on the track, pretty scary when you lose your brakes going 110mph!
Brakes were smoking afterwards, and the paint had bubbled on the calipers!

If anyone has some calipers for sale let me know.

A Saxo spun out, had to brake hard & someone clipped a stack of tyres, 5 of them rolled out onto the track, had to brake and evade.

Thanks for your input Smile

I like them, they give the car a much more aggressive look.
I'm keeping the Crystal lights so I can always revert them back if I get tired of them.

Car is currently at Peugeot getting the issue fixed free of charge Smile

Will update the post later with details of what else the Airbag fault can be for future reference.

Just got the car back from the Peugeot dealership, they were unable to recreate the fault but when the light came on was recorded in the ECU's memory.

What they did was check all connections:

- The side airbag wiring under the seats, they're ok since Peugeot spliced the wires for me in the past when the connector broke.

- The Airbag ECU's connecters were cleaned up, however they were on pretty well and that is unlikely to be the problem.

- The Com2000 was replaced last November and so that is fine.

- There is a connector that goes from the Airbag ECU that spilts off into 2 directions, one to the drivers sidem the other the passenger. The connection seemed a little loose and has a small amount of play so they cut it out and hard wired the exisitng wires together to eliminate the chance of that being the problem.

Hopefully thats the end of it, the work carried out today was free of charge.

This has now cost me £450, I hope this helps other people that have the issue.

Another few issues Rolling Eyes

Saturday night the front passenger arch liner came loose and disintergrated. Also the captive nut that holds the resonator/airbox bracket on fell out.
Oh and a plastic tesco bag melted on the end of my exhaust so I've got a lump of plastic stuck there Mad

Thats the only thing that slightly worries me now, the clutch and gearbox.
Haven't had any trouble with them so far *Touch Wood*
