You'll need to get new number plates to pass the MOT now ... they check character typeface and spacing ... they are continental plates and will fail Sad

And if the police are anything like the ones around here, they see plates like yours as a "nice little earner" with a fine of £60 each time ...

Why bother trying to catch burglars and the like when there are easy to pick on motorists who come to them if they wait ... Rolling Eyes

Down to just the 1.4 HDi. Cayman Green 2.0i CC sold.

Looking good! Does the interior come across as too dark with the roof painted black as well? Been considering doing the same thing Smile

No I actually find it much better although I do have very bright interior lights so it wouldn't bother me Smile but honestly I prefer it looks much more up to date

haha good to know I'm not the only one then, mine only passed cause its family and I showed him the original ones he's not stupid and knows even if I put them on they would be changed as soon as I drove out Laughing

Yeah I love the colour too but need to think what other parts are going that colour dunno wether to do wheels and roof or just calipers and the wheels and roof matte black? Confused

They don't look too far off the legal font anyway to the unsuspecting eye. Now if you had chrome edging around the letters like my friend it would be a different story. Police asked him to sit in their car and look at what happened when their camera showed his reg plate on screen, the reflection blanked out the lettering!

I like the painted rocker cover, just be careful not to drive through deep puddles Smile
