My 180 is really struggling on cold starts. To start with i suspected the vvt solenoid was causing it now I'm not sure. The car really struggles to pull away and as I accelerate the revs seem to drop. Even with my foot flat on the accelerator just crawls along. Also I can here a stuttering noise from the exhaust as this happens. I'll try and get a video if i can. Not sure if its linked but I have now got a loud whirring/whining noise coming from the engine bay. Any help would be appreciated.

could poss be the green temp sender not working properly therefore the ecu is not getting the signal that its cold and needs to pump more fuel in.
