Ok so i come to change my induction kit from the one the previous owner had put in. i find this hanging loose under the car and just pulled it out. there is something else that is also hanging. what is this and what does it connect to away from the air filter?

so if im fitting an aftermarket intake what do i do with everything below this point? it seems wasted when its disconnected?

What I done was remove bumper and arch liner for better access then unbolt the motor type thing and remove the vacume hoses then just pulled to unhook it, putting it back on Is harder aha

Should be attached to the bottom half of the intake, just remove the hoses and yhat all
