hey, just had a search and can't seem to find what I'm looking for, when I'm going down a road road with dips in my wheels all over the place, I've recently fitted avo coil overs and while doing it replaced my arb bushes, drop links, steering tie rods and top mounts now could this be a sign of a bad wishbone?

Thanks in advance

Dan

No worries, all is good there then...

When you fitted the coilovers with new topmounts did you make sure the bearings were nicely seated in the topmount cups and wasn't off centre?

Also the bolt that holds the shock on the topmount is nice and tight and torqued correctly isn't it?

^ Don't take those as patronising by the way, some people just miss simple things Smile

I've had a few knackered wishbones from been lowered but it's never caused problems like your explaining, pop a pry bar between your wishbone and subframe and give it a good budge, if they look like they're moving more than normal or look like they're moving abnormally it might be worth replacing them Smile

Hey andy, yeah in the end i got them sorted, they had made the strut to long with a to short piston so was bottoming out when i had my 70mm drop but at 55mm they were good as gold, so when i took the short drive down there they made me some uo there and then and fitted them, best off all they let me keep the old 1s for spare Smile
